A 13-year veteran of the Metro District board and a member of the Centennial Water & Sanitation District Board, Jeff has also served on the HRCA Board and the Architectural Review Committee. Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Shea Homes, he also finds time to coach youth sports. He and his wife, Dezi, have two sons, Joe and Daniel. Jeff and his family enjoy outdoor activities like boating and biking.
Terri has served as a Metro District Board member for more than a decade. She is Executive Vice President of Shea Homes, Colorado, and is responsible for Shea's housing and properties development operations in Colorado. In Terri's opinion, the key issues affecting Highlands Ranch involve "providing quality products and services to our constituents while continuing to maintain the financial health of each individual district." She and her husband, Tim, are the parents of three children. In her spare time, Terri enjoys watching her children play sports. She also enjoys walking, swimming and traveling. She is actively involved as a board member in the following organizations: Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Reunion North Range Metro Districts and Centennial Water and Sanitation District. A board member since 1992, John is Director of Sales and Marketing for Shea Homes. He feels that continuing to provide high quality services and infrastructure needs are the key issues in Highlands Ranch. In his spare time, John enjoys coaching soccer, mountain biking, reading, hiking and traveling. He and his wife, Lisa, have two daughters. John also sits on the Centennial Water and Sanitation District Board of Directors. A resident of Highlands Ranch since 1982, Steve brings a broad knowledge of the community and its history to his board position. He comments, "As a professional urban planner involved in the planning of the community from its beginning to the present, I bring a comprehensive view of the history, current needs and the future of Highlands Ranch. This view and my many years as a Highlands Ranch resident, help guide my decisions on how the Metro District can best serve the community in a timely and efficient manner at the lowest possible cost." Steve is also a member of the Centennial Water and Sanitation District Board of Directors. Dave moved to Highlands Ranch in 1987and has served on the board of directors since 2002. He has served over the years on several homeowner's associations and is an original member of the Highlands Ranch Activities Committee, a group of volunteers that presented community events during the early years of Highlands Ranch. Dave has also worked in Highlands Ranch since 1980 in all facets of design, surveying, engineering and construction. In fact, as a past project manager for the Metro Districts, Dave oversaw construction of Fire Station # 18, the Metro District Parks, Recreation & Open Space Service Center and the District Office Building expansion. He is now the Community Development Manager for Shea Homes. Dave has three daughters: Vanessa, Amanda and Megan. Please email us at Information Please.
