Summer – Baseball
Ages 4 – 16 (Age as of September 15, 2010)
The Metro District's T-ball, baseball and softball programs are for recreation level play with a focus on learning skills, game fundamentals, rules, making friends, and having fun.
All registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to register early. Space is limited!
Team registration will be held Saturday, February 6 through Friday, April 9.
Special team registration day: Saturday, February 6 at the Highlands Ranch Metro District Parks, Recreation & Open Space Service Center from 7:30 a.m. until noon.
Special Registration Date: Saturday, February 6 at Dick’s Sporting Goods at Park Meadows (by the food court) from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Receive discount coupons to Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Team registrations will be accepted only when a designated coach submits all completed registrations with payment. If you are interested in forming a team, please contact the Metro District staff for a team roster form. Registration as a team for youth sports leagues must be completed on a team roster form prior to online registration.
Team members already on a specific team may register online with prior placement on a coach-submitted roster.
Note: Teams conducting tryouts will be disqualified from playing in the Metro District’s leagues.
Individual registration will be held Saturday, February 6 through Sunday, April 18.
Online registration is available for individual players.
• Players will hear from coaches after Friday, May 3.
• Practices begin the week of May 17.
• Games will begin Saturday, June 5.
• Picture day will be Saturday, June 12. (The league fee does not include pictures)
• Games and practices will not be scheduled on the following dates:
May 29-31 and July 2-5.
• The regular season is scheduled to end Saturday, August 7 or earlier (weather permitting).
Fee includes a game jersey, hat, and team equipment.

Baseball League for 15 & 16 year olds
This ten-game league will be geared toward the recreational player. Two practices per week will be held for the first three weeks. After that, there will only be games. Games will be played Monday and/or Saturday evenings. Practices will be held May 17 through June 4.
Games will be played June 5 through July 31.
Fee: Resident: $100 per player Non-resident: $115 per player Activity #101117-1
