Boys’ Lacrosse Preseason Clinic
Grades 1-8

Get ready for the spring season with a skills clinic led by Mountain Vista’s Head Lacrosse Coach, Jose Trujillo.  He will focus on teaching the skills and strategies employed by the most successful lacrosse coaches and players.  The clinic will reinforce critical skills while encouraging players to be creative and innovative in a fun and supportive atmosphere.  The session will progress from individual work, including stick development, shooting techniques, fast-break, man up and man down action, offensive and defensive footwork, and defensive stick checks into game situations where players can practice new skills against competition.  Whether you are a new or experienced player, this clinic will be a great experience.  All participants will need to provide shoulder pads, helmet, gloves, arm pads and a stick.  Participants should bring plenty of water.
