The Metro District's youth flag football leagues are for recreation level play with a focus on learning skills, game fundamentals, making friends and having fun. Teams play non-contact, 5-vs-5, games on a 60-yard field where the basics of football are taught and good sportsmanship is promoted. This program is for boys and girls ages five through 14 (as of May 28, 2010). This is an eight-week program. The first two weeks will be practices and the last six weeks games
Registration starts Monday, January 18.
Registration ends Friday, March 12.
Fee: Resident: $60 Non-resident: $69
(The league fee does not include pictures.)
League fee includes a jersey, practices, eight games and field use.

Pre-Season Flag Football Camp
Sharpen your football skills this spring by participating in our pre-season flag football camp conducted by T.J. Rubley. This non-contact camp will teach athletic skills, football skills, flag football formations, life skills, and are a blast for all kids five to 14 years old. The camp is recommended for all participants of the Metro District Youth Flag Football league as well as individuals interested in learning more about flag football.
