Participants will need running
shoes or molded cleats, shorts or pants with no bel tlops or
pockets. Mouth guards are required. |

Description |
A recreation Saturday only
league that plays non-contact, 5v5 games for boys and girls. The
first two Saturdays will be practices and the last six are games.
The game is played on a 60-yard field. |

| Description |
The Metro District's youth flag football leagues are for
recreation level of play with a focus on learning skills, game
fundamentals, making friends and having fun. A recreation Teams play
non-contact, 5 v 5 games on a 60 yard field where the basics of
football are learned and good sportsmanship is promoted.
