Boys’ Lacrosse Camp
Need to sharpen your lacrosse skills? Learn through a summer camp led by Mountain Vista High School Boys’ Lacrosse Head Coach, José Trujillo, who will focus on teaching and sharpening the skills and strategies employed by the most successful lacrosse coaches and players. The camp will reinforce critical skills while encouraging players to be creative and innovative in a fun and supportive atmosphere. The session will progress from individual work including stick development, shooting techniques, fast breaks, man up and man down action, offensive and defensive footwork, and defensive stick checks, into game situations where players can practice new skills against competition through situation drills. Whether you are a new or an experienced player, this camp will be a great experience. All campers will be required to bring a stick, mouthpiece, shoulder pads, a helmet, gloves and arm pads. Participants should bring plenty of water! This camp is held at Shea Stadium.
