Girls' Youth Lacrosse Leagues - Spring

Girls’ lacrosse continues its growth by becoming a popular sport for girls across the nation. Teams are placed by grades fourth through eighth, and play in the Colorado Girls Lacrosse Association (CGLA). Teams will travel for away games against other CGLA teams. All teams are scheduled for a minimum of six games.

All players must have a current year U.S. Lacrosse membership prior to practicing. Memberships can be purchased for $25 at the U.S. Lacrosse Web site at visit www.lacrosse.org.

• Registrations will be accepted through Sunday, February 21, 2010.
• Pre-season practices will begin the week of March 1 on the synthetic turf fields.
• Regular season practices will begin the week of March 15 on grass fields.
• Games will begin April 3.

Fee: Resident: $128 Non-resident: $148
Fee includes practices, games, jersey and field use.

2010 Spring Introductory Lacrosse Program

Who:  Boys’ and Girls’ kindergarten through 3^rd grade interested in the game of lacrosse.

Would you like your child to learn the basics of lacrosse? If so, players will be introduced to playing the game and how to properly use a lacrosse stick. There’s no better way to learn the game like an introductory lacrosse clinic for new players who are interested in the game of lacrosse. This is a four-week introductory program.

-    Lacrosse sticks will be provided.

-    Boy’s and Girl’s will be split during the four-week         program.

Fee:  Residents:  $45                      Non-residents:  $52
