Registration |
Deadline -
Thursday, March 8
$175 deposit required to secure spot in league. The balance is due on
last day of registration. All program registrations are accepted on a
first-come, first-served basis or until leagues are full.
Wait lists will apply once leagues are full or after
the registration deadline.
Late fees – A $15 late fee
will apply after the registration deadline. |

| Equipment |
Jerseys of like color are required for each team.
Teams registered in the 8 v 8 leagues are responsible for supplying
their own flags and football. The 5 v 5 leagues, flags and
footballs provided.
Mouth pieces are strongly encouraged. |

Description |
All Metro District’s adult sports are designed to
promote a healthy lifestyle and fun competition.
The 8 v 8 leagues will play on a 100 x 50 field and will have 3
referees.
The 5 v 5 leagues will play on a 50 x 30 field and will have two
referees. This league is a non-contact league that uses shadow blocking
and quick moves to get the offense moving. There are no kickoffs, field
goals, or punts. Teams will have four plays to reach mid-field then
four more plays to score. |
