Youth Flag Football Supervisor
Highlands Ranch Metro District Parks, Recreation & Open Space is accepting
applications for a part-time temporary Youth Flag Football Supervisor.
This position will provide supervision of the youth flag football program
and assist the Recreation Coordinator in the administration and smooth operation
of leagues.
Responsibilities will include
supervision of leagues, coaches, and fields; training, supervising, and
evaluating officials; officiating, checking fields, field preparation, conflict
resolution and providing customer service for coaches, parents, and team
players.
This is a temporary part-time position working Saturdays, 10 hours per week,
August 28 through November 6.
Successful candidate must comprehend and
have the ability to apply the rules of flag football.
Applicant must also have the ability to referee games, have excellent
communication and conflict management skills.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
