Douglas County's small storm sewer lining projects in Highlands Ranch are continuing for 2025. 

Pipe repairs have already been completed at Plaza Drive (Broadway & Ridgeline) and on Broadway (south of Northridge Recreation Center driveway). The following locations are scheduled for the week of Oct. 27, weather and site condition dependent:

• A storm conduit located in the open space at the southwest corner of Summit View Parkway and Heatherwood Court.
  There will be restricted street parking and potential lane impacts on Heatherwood Court due to construction access. 
• A storm conduit located at 9275 S. Broadway, which is the Circle K gas station.
  Temporary lane closures will affect Broadway southbound in the outside lane and the commercial center access point. 
• A storm conduit located in the open space directly west of the Northridge Rec Center, 8800 S. Broadway.
  Broadway southbound in the outside lane will be affected due to access being taken from the inlet in Broadway and work occurring in the open space.   

Work is not anticipated to affect access to any Metro District open space trails, parks or the West Fork Disc Golf Course.
