This year's parkway fence staining project has begun and is expected to be completed later this month, weather dependent. It will cover almost 1.25 miles of Metro District-owned cedar fences on both sides of Grigs Road. These fences will be repaired, power washed and stained.

Areas to be stained or repaired may temporarily be marked with spray painted arrows. As a reminder, the Metro District only stains the street side of the fence.

More than 42 miles of parkway fence winds through Highlands Ranch and ongoing maintenance is part of the Metro District’s commitment to keep the community well-maintained and attractive.
