Parking lot maintenance at the Highlands Ranch Mansion

Temporary partial closures scheduled

Wednesday, July 8 update: Work will be extended into Thursday, July 9. The Ranch Road entrance and north section will remain closed, but visitors may access the parking lot from the Gateway Drive entrance. 

 

The parking lot at the Highlands Ranch Mansion and Historic Park, 9950 E. Gateway Drive, is scheduled to temporarily close for resurfacing. All work is weather dependent.

The south section of the lot, accessible from Gateway Drive, and the north section of the lot, accessible from Ranch Road, will close in different phases to accommodate visitor access during construction:

  • Thursday, July 2: South section partially closed for patching
  • Monday, July 6: North section partially closed for patching
  • Tuesday, July 7: South section closed for crack fill, seat coat and striping
  • Wednesday, July 8: North section closed for crack fill, seat coat and striping
