The Highlands Ranch Metro District is a special district employing more than 100 full-time staff, in addition to seasonal staff who assist during the busy summer months.

We serve the thriving, active community of Highlands Ranch with approximately 103,000 residents. We employ a variety of professionals in fields including public works, parks, finance and recreation.
