This recreational spirit program will focus on teaching participants the fundamentals of cheerleading and dance to perform during weekend flag football games and halftime routines. Athletes will learn the values of hard work, teamwork and self-confidence. No experience needed.

Location: There will be practice once a week at Dance Athletics, 333 Dad Clark Drive, with Saturday games and other performances. Games will be at various Highlands Ranch park locations.

Dancers will build sportsmanship skills, while focusing on the fundamentals of dance, working through the technical skills of poms, leaps and turns. Your child will gain confidence and learn what it takes to be a member of the dance team. The end of each session will also include a performance opportunity at a public community event.

No experience needed.
