This camp is recommended for all participants of the Metro District youth flag football leagues as well as individuals interested in learning more about flag football. Kids will break into age-appropriate groups and learn skills relating to both offensive and defensive positions.

This is a recreational league for boys and girls is designed to give players and teams an early season to practice their flag football skills. Season includes weekly practices and six Saturday games.

• Running shoes or molded cleats
• Shorts or pants with no belt loops or pockets
• Mouthguard

Longtime partner TJ Rubley leads this camp, which is recommended for all participants of the Metro District youth flag football leagues as well as individuals interested in learning more about flag football. Kids will break into age-appropriate groups and learn skills relating to both offensive and defensive positions.

A fun, recreational league that plays non-contact, 5 v. 5 games for boys and girls. Leagues focus on learning skills, game fundamentals, making friends and having fun. Games are played on a 60-yard field where the basics of football are learned and good sportsmanship is promoted.

There will be one practice a week with games played on Saturdays. An end-of-season tournament for third grade teams and older will be included in the fee.
