Reporting a concern
If you want your submission to be anonymous, you do not need to register or sign in. However, if you would like to receive email notifications and view your existing requests, you must first sign in or register using the steps described above.
- Click on the map to place a pin for your issue. The more accurate your pin is, the more efficiently our staff can address the issue. *You can toggle to a satellite view if that makes it easier to find the location needed.
- Alternately, you can find an address or place by typing an address or place name into the top search bar.
- When the map pin is in the location you'd like, click "Create Work Request".
- Select your "Work Category" from the dropdown list.
- Describe your "Work Requested" with as much detail as possible.
- You may choose to attach a photo to your request by clicking the camera icon. On a desktop, navigate to the file you'd like to use and select "Open" or "OK". On a mobile device, you can choose an image from your photo library, choose a file or take a photo using your device's camera.
- If all of the details and attachments have been added, click "Submit Work Request" to send.
